Spencer Tacke

Spencer Tacke has over 40 years of professional electrical engineering work experience in a large variety of engineering disciplines, including power plant operations and maintenance, field engineering, manufacturing, product development, power system controls and software development, generation, power system transmission and distribution planning, and extensive WECC/NERC committee work in the interconnected system operating issues and renewable energy generation simulations and modeling. This world class knowledge and expertise developed over a dedicated career makes Spencer one of the brightest minds in the industry.

He received his BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a MS degree from the University of Southern California. Spencer is a licensed electrical engineer in the State of California.

Spencer is a key advisor to MVP on the engineering and interconnection of our largest and most complex developments.
